Following the results of the 2021J.LEAGUE YBC Levain CUP Prime Stage Quarter-final 2nd leg, F.C.Tokyo, Nagoya Grampus, Cerezo Osaka and Urawa Reds will qualify for the Semi-final.
The Semi-finals will be held on Wednesday 6 October and Sunday 10 October, and matches will be played in home and away knock-out round matches.
