The J-League has decided to award Player of the Year, Best Eleven, and other prizes to players who have performed well this season.
Player of the Year Award went to Tomoki Iwata of Yokohama F. Marinos. Tomoki Iwata is the fourth defender to win the award in 16 years and the fourth player in the history of Yokohama F. Marinos.
Yokohama F. Marinos, which won the J1 championship this season, also selected five players for the Best Eleven Players.
