The J.League has announced that Kashiwa Reysol won the Best Youth Scheme Award for the second year in a row, which is given to the club that has demonstrated excellent player development achievements.
This award is given to the club with the highest performance, taking into consideration the number of professional contract players produced by the academy, the training period, and the performance of the player in official matches.
