J.League holds 2024 J.LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH CUP - 6 teams will participate from J.League Academy, Korea, Ghana and Germany -

 J.League will host an U-17 International competition, the J.LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH CUP from Tuesday, December 17th to Saturday, December 21st in Nagasaki Prefecture at the PEACE STADIUM Connected by SoftBank and Benex General Athletic Park Stadium.

 Tokyo Verdy Youth (2024 J.YOUTH CUP Champion) and Sanfrecce Hiroshima F.C Youth(2024 J.YOUTH CUP ranked 2nd) from the J.League Academy will participate in this competition. In addition, Suwon Samsung Bluewings U17 and FC Seoul U17 from Korea's K League, Right to Dream from Ghana, and Eintracht Frankfurt from Germany’s Bundesliga will participate. The Group Stage shall consist of six teams, drawn into two groups will play round-robin tournament. Following the Group Stage, the Play Off Stage will be played as following to determine the final standings.

 This competition has been held once a year from 2015 to 2019 and will be the first time since the pandemic of COVID-19. The purpose of this competition is to improve players' performance and promote international exchange through football for peace by holding this in Nagasaki, where the atomic bombing occurred. On Friday, December 20th, all team players and staffs will visit the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum for a peace study.
